I'd say you can ring up, I know its a code but it doesn't specify to use online/ over the phone...

It is a different code for each store, look up dominos menu on google for your local store, download the pdf and the code will be at the bottom of page 2.

Some of them want a spend of €30 though to get the €10 off, which isn't as good if my maths are correct
