Participants Required for UCD School of Psychology Undergraduate Research Project

Participants required for School of Psychology undergraduate research project in the area of meditation and anxious thoughts.

In order to participate you must be: (1) over eighteen and (2) have no previous experience of meditation/mindfulness exercises.

Participation will involve: (1) completing a brief visualisation exercise and then set of online questionnaires, (2) listening to a twelve minute recording each day for one week between the 13th and 19th February 2012 (3) answering two short questions via text message once per day during that week, and (4) at the end of the week completing another set of online questionnaires.

The project has received full ethical approval from the UCD Undergraduate Research Ethics Committee.
