P35 for ROS

    This is my 1st time to submit a P35 from ROS and I having a problem you might help with.

    I'm using Thesaurus and when I try to create the file i get the following error message:
    “You have error Switch from current encoding to specified encoding not supported.”

    Thesaurus have told me they checked the backup I sent and it's fine.

    Anyone know what this error means?

    Not familar with the Thesauras software but you can download the ROS Offline Application and use it to open you P35 file. The offline will immediately tell you if there are errors on the form.

    Alternatively, if you have less than 15 employees (I think), you can complete and submit your P35 online through ROS.

    I woudl also make sure you are running the most up to date version of Thesarous as the revenue did swap around the formats of the P35s earlier this month which may be causing the problem.
