Recommend a tablet for €250 or Under

My kids are buying me a present for my birthday and they want to get me a tablet. Their budget is €250 (which I think is too much:eek:)
I want to give them some direction but first I need some advise from the crew here. I don't want to buy from China because waiting weeks for delivery would take the joy out of giving. Any recommendations from a bricks and mortar store.

Funny this is the first one my son picked in pc world €219 but i was afraid it would not have many apps. Like the idea of office being pre installed. Do you have one?
