hi, i live on a nice council estate, but i have the most unruling neighbour beside me, lately he has put up CCTV watching not only me come and go but other neighbours as well as kids playing on the the street, so my question is "can he do this" and whats the law regarding CCTV on a council estate?? Any help plz!!!:(
