Thread locked in Dental Issues

Hi
A thread that I started in Dental Issues has been locked by the Mods:

The thread was locked because the Mods thought that I wasn't providiong enough information (or the right kind of information) to back up my claim that I had a positive experience using a dental clinic in Budapest. They are right, insofar as I was very shy about posting specific details having been hauled over the coals 18 months ago for looking for specific information on this forum:

After the thread was closed I had some subsequent correspondence via PM with helimachopter who offered to open the thead again if I agreed to back up my claim. I was initially unwilling to concede to that condition however after some further disccussions on the Help Desk furum I tried to get some clarity as to what can and cannot be posted:

As you will see that discussion seems to have ground to a halt, its been two days without a response.
My complaint is that the Dental Issues forum seems to being moderated with only a passing regard for the Charter of that forum and a much more significant regard for the whims of the moderators.
My thread was closed for not providing enough informatuion and then when I offered to provide more information that offer is declined.
Dammed if I do and dammed if I don't it seems!
At the risk of repeating myself, what I wish to do is post my treatment plan and the cost of that plan, but not the name of the clinic that I used, though I will offer to give that information by PM to anyone who would like it.
