advice needed

suffering

i am in a relationship which is depressing me (not the kids, her). i am a male early 30s and have 3 young kids. do i stay for the sake of kids or move on.if i move on ill be moving over 100 miles away back to my own city.
please advice or i would love to hear from people in the same situation .
