    Any know any good instant brand yeast
    I got mcdogalls yeast and it is not frothing so i guess its bad.

    What brand do you use.

    I use mcdougals or tesco. And i dont let it get too old. Also, I just use it straight in the bread, and dont bother with the frothing (that's the advantage of the quick yeasts). If you leave it there, it will rise, and the longer rise does taste nicer.
