You should still continue to sign on for credits.

I don't really understand the system but should they not have told me this when I was there it's really frustrating thanks for reply

You may not be able to sign for credits as your previous credits were S class. But go to the sw office and check it out.

There is no point in making a repeat claim for jsa unless your spouses/partners earnings have been reduced.

If you have children your spouse/partner may be entitled to Family Income Supplement.

Would a fas course help you out? Even though your not entitled to anything from social welfare, maybe you would if you started a course

Call into local citizens info office I find them much better than sw office at giving advice on what you are entitled too.

Cruel state of affairs alright. it's like being punished twice. For being an upstanding citizens and creating jobs to being told to emigrate or face life on the streets. Terrible what's going on. Hang in there. You'll find out who your real friends are now and that's worth learning. Make a YouTube video looking for a job like Paddy the Plasterer or that billboard guy. It might go viral.
