    Does anyone know who's to complain to about the medical card processing office?

    A new website was launched recently called www.healthcomplaints.ie which gives sample letters and advice for making complaints.

    Thanks folks. Tried that site and there is no number to call its a postal address only. And it's centralized so they deal with complaints about themselves by themselves.
    Ive emailed the The CEO of the hse in Stevens hospital.

    Pinkballoon looked at that site nothing on there about medical card office but its worth a nose thanks
