If you discovered your dream guy/gal had a functioning tail? Like a animal tail e.g cat, and they weren't allowed to conceal it in public. She would be like the people who dress up as catwoman on halloween, but instead of the tail being fake, this tail would be real. Other than that, she is your dream person.
