    hi all

looking for advice on drilling a 1/2 inch (13mm) hole in porcelain tiles.I read a bit about diamond tipped cutters but is there an easier way to do it, and if not whers the best/cheapest place to buy them on the northside of dublin
nb the tiles are on the bench, not the wall.

    cheers

Diamond core drill is your only man
Slow and use plenty of water is the way to go.
I used them on our porcelain tiles and they were the best by far.

Not cheap, but this is the business!

McQuillans in Blanch will sell the diamond core bits you need.
