    Anyone tell me why these have just started appearing at the top left of my phone? When I scroll down it states "software update, connecting to server......"

    What the fup is going on please ?

    How do I get rid of them?

    Thanks

    It's your phone trying to/connecting to samsung servers to get a software update for your phone. If you are connected to WIFI, there shouldn't be a problem but if on mobile data it could be a massive data exchange

    To stop, try checking under settings>software update and see if there is an option to stop update, though I would let it complete if I were you

    Ok I've switched on wi-fi, went to settings, about phone, software update, check for update, it request me to log in to my Samsung account, AND THEN it pops up and says "unable to connect network" :eek:

    The arrows stay put :mad:

    :confused::confused:
