Website: need to add Legal Disclaimer, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy

I am finalising our website before we launch our new product, hopefully in the next week.

I need to add the following items:

Legal Disclaimer, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy

I guess I could ask my solicitor to help with these, but I don't think he personally has a lot of experience in the online side of things.

Is there a standard boilerplate I could work off for a start?

Or is there someone out there with this expertise, and how much would I need to budget for this please?

A lot of people tend to copy theses documents from other websites and try to adapt them. I wouldn't recommend this though unless you had a good knowledge of data protection and consumer laws etc. It will very much work out as a false economy if you have the data protection commissioner knocking on your door to do an audit because of a deficient privacy statement!

Send off a couple of emails to firms that do a lot of this work and try to get some quotes, even the biggest firms might be willing to offer a good package price deal for this type of work for a start up company.
