If ye are going for dinner then go out before or after the 14th. Might sound tight but it's crazy what some places charge on that night.

1 euro for a burger in McDonalds is hardly over the top

Glasshouse at riverpoint - fabulous and v romantic
Copper and spice- more casual but also fabulous
    Thai Gourmet - gorgeous food

My top 3. Enjoy it wherever ye go. Bit of romance is what keeps the magic going. Don't ever lose it no matter how long ye together. And it aint about how much you spend it's about how ye make each other feel
