Hi I am at what looks like the end of the relationship with my girlfriend of 5 years.I have never had my heart broke before and its just terrible im utterly heartbroken I love her to death,she is the love of my life. But it seems she doesn't love me the same any more . Work is suffering can't sleep constantly sad rejected…

Work is suffering can't sleep constantly sad rejected and abandoned worthless how women go through this is I do not know.Im not long over a bereavement and its all coming back too.Iv never been one to look online for help but I don't have anybody to talk to,
how do you get on from loosing love.I know I have no choice you cant make anyone love you it has to be natural,but its the coping that is hard
