    Anybody come across this before?

Pause a channel, and when i rsume it, the playback will commence from the moment i turned that channel on, not where i paused it. Could be 158 mins back as was the case yesterday and again this morning.

    thanks.

Yes, me too and it can be very annoying. It happens not only when I press pause but also if I put the subtitles on. It jumps back to the time I started watching the channel. Suffice to say, the "30 sec" fast forward button gets used *a lot* in this house.

yeah thats happens just hit the upc button to bring you to real time and then go back to the time you had it paused at instead of going a hew hours in forward

Never really get this problem, think it may have happened me once. Have more problems with recording two things at once. Sometimes cuts one off when the other begins even with the box turned off. No fast forward can fix that :(
