He's gone and done a Galloway, well that's any respect I had for the guy gone down the drain.

How is this doing a 'Galloway'?

This was in the second paragraph "interview key political players, thinkers and revolutionaries from around the world."

Which to me at least sounds completely different to appearing on Big Brother.

Does Galloway still have his radio show , on Talk sport? Bit of a shouty match every now and then

He makes Barbara Walters look like a good interviewer. If you are not going to follow up questions or take an interviewee to task then what is the point? Basically it is Israels fault they launch missiles at civilian areas, the Wikileaks reports of Hezbollah members driving around in SUV and eating out is propaganda but if they are Hezbollah they are new members, al-Assad in Syria is dedicated to reform, Hezbollah really doesn't have much control over Syria, Hezbollah are able to overcome Israeli intelligence because of local terms, then some excuse for justifying his religion.

Yeah it was quite disappointing. A bit too amateurish . Im sure it will get better as time goes on, if he manages to avoid getting handed over to the swedes->USA

Still its good to see some alternative to the mainstream media clones.

Seemed like a fairly standard interview if you ask me. Nothing special but nothing particularly bad either. Didn't push any questions, but with the limited time and need of a translator I can see how that would be difficult.

He's not exactly Jeremy Paxman is he? He served up a bunch of softballs for Nasrallah to hit out of the park. He didn't ask anything particularly penetrating and let Nasrallah get away with what was practically a party political broadcast.

Having the show on Russian state tv is already somewhat nailing his colours to the mast and then he starts going on about fighting American hegemony and all that oul waffle showed the agenda that he's trying to pursue.

I like what wikileaks does but I don't like Julian Assange. Why does whistle-blowing need to have a 'champion'?

It's as if Assange is the 'Dear Leader of the anarchists'.

I don't like how Assange bigs himself up. His interview style is too deferential in my opinion. A good interviewer, even if they have sympathies with the views of their subject, they should try to put that aside and challenge them. Still he may get better as he goes on.

At least we now know there's no fear he will ever leak anything about the Russian government, they don't take kindly to interfering journalist types. The irony of it.
