    Hi,
Just wondering what's the best thing to do with about €10k available. I have them in steady shares.
Mortgage has a lot left on it, interest rate is 2.68% (tracker).
If I was to take the shares out and pay off mortgage that'd be good obviously.
But wondering what other options are out there that'd be a better option. If investing I'd want it in something guaranteed.
TSB have 26 month 4.67 aer account, I phoned them up but after DIRT they said I'd get €665 back on my investments. Doesn't seem good.

Just wondering what options are there?
    Cheers,
    Pa.

Ask your mortgage provider to do you a deal on paying back the 10k now. PTSB were giving a bonus if you paid back a bit more early on these trackers
