Is it possible to figure out the plane from the cockpit view of the pilot at the top? It's not like an Airbus or a newer Boeing that I've seen (though I'm not an industry head, just an enthusiast so probably why).

It is a Gulfstream, if I was to make a guess I would say it is a Gulfstream II.
