Returning faulty cartridges to HP Ireland

    Hi,

I hope this hasn't been asked before, but would anyone know of an email address that a person can use to contact HP to get the actual postal address to which faulty cartridges can be sent for replacement? The site is very frustrating, in that you're constantly in a loop and naturally I cannot get the information I'm looking for. You can't email customer support unless the problem/query is specified from given lists - and of course - this isn't. I have faulty cartridges, which have a warranty date which is still valid, and the computer store where I bought same has told me to contact HP directly, and yet again, even they could not give me contact details.

I would be grateful of any light on this.

    Thanks,
    Music Monkey.

Thanks for your reply Nick. I have gone back to the shop in question, and they won't take them back, as unfortunately I don't have a receipt. They advised me to contact HP, which is why I'm looking for their address.

    Thanks.

If you paid by card they would have evidence of you purchasing them there, if not then you are out of luck. I'd say you'd need to call or Email HP to see what the craic is, look here
