CV - Help: Science work placement

Hi all, as part of my course (Forensic Investigation and Analysis) I'll be looking for 21+ days of work experience, preferably during the summer.

Just wondering can I get some last minute feedback on my CV, anything to add/change etc. I went to the careers counsellor in College and made the changes she recommended, I think :o

-Edit, that's just print preview, hence the arrows and the text being kind of hard to read.

    Thanks.

I think it looks well Lee.

You've clearly noted the modules you're taking each year of your degree and the fact that you've scored very well each year so far.

I think the last section around key skills is good as well as it shows the areas such as Forum Moderator as extra experience.

If I was to suggest one thing, it would be the inclusion of a paragraph to illustrate your goal, something along the lines of:

Final Year Forensics student with almost 4 years academic training.

Looking to further develop forensic analysis skills through work placement.

I know that looks fairly naff, but I'm sure that you'll be able to come up with something that illustrates your passion for the subject, your willingness to learn etc.

See the guideline from the college careers counsellor was to include that section either in the CV under the personal details or in a cover letter (which you don't need apparently for applications sent online). I'll do a few short lines under the personal details later on.

Thanks for the reply, very much appreciated :)
