The manufacturer would be Televes (with an accent - but I can't recall where!) Maybe Televès?

And it's complete and utter codswallop.
Offtopic, though I notice that more recently, Televes/Televés no longer use the accent over the last "e" in their logo.

Just out of curiosity whats the trade price for 250m of CT100 atm?,

    I've been quoted €120 + vat but I've also been quoted €64 + vat?

So am I being ripped off by the first company or is it likely the quote for €64+vat is a mistake

Ooh, who is quoting 64+VAT? (PM please) We're paying 70-75 for Webro WF100 250m

At €120+VAT, you really should avoid Maplin for that sorta stuff :pac:

    Guys,

Thanks for all the advice. It seems like lots of Guys have some form of RG6 working fine. I have a short run so chances are it would be fine but most of the run is outdoors and it's awkward to rerun (I have floors up at the moment) so given that I've seen what difference good cables can make I've decided to stump up for a roll of TX100.

    Thanks for all the advice.
