Lighterlife.....hmmm

    Hi folks,

    I'm in my second week of Lightherlife and, gradually accepting that this is by no means the solution!

    In 2010 I managed to loose 4.5 stone through healthy low carb diet and regular excercise (Curves circuit).
    Later that year I moved to London because of work, living in a hotel Mon-Fri for 4 months. Then moved down full time.
    No excuses, I knew better, I let all my good habits go... shockingly so. 3 stone back on.

    I want to do this in a healthy, sustainable way - but also, I really want some good results for a wedding in March (I'm bridesmaid).

    After being supported through my first weight loss journey by Boardsies I'm going to be cheeky enough to come back for more help.....

    Food wise I'm copying from my old food diary for inspiration - excercise wise I'm now in a convential gym so any tips/advice gratefully recieved...
