    Hi, I'm hoping to build sometime this year! I recently got a quote from a architect for a 2,700-3,000sq foot dormer for €3,000-€4,000 excluding vat! This will cover design and planning! Does this seem reasonable? It will be a further €1200 excl vat for him to oversee stage payments for build? Would you recommend I stick with arch for entire build or engage an engineer for stage payments?
    Any advice would b appreciated!

    Best way of seeing if it is value is by getting 2 or 3 more quotes
