Littlewoods-can't get to pay securely page

    Trying to buy a tv from littlewoods, have logged in, added itemto the basket but when I press continue securely, it returns the same screen with a red text box towards the top with a . in it, no error msg. Spoke to littlewoods & was tld it looks fine to them & to keep trying which I have done for 5days now. It's laser so can't pay over the phone! Anyone having issues with the site?

    Littlewoods appear a shoddy operation in a number of respects.

    You could try a different browser to see if you can navigate to check-out but I'd wager problem's not at your end.

    Always worth checking the time on your computer is set right?

    HTTPS (secure) webpages need to have the time correct within 5mins (sometimes less) to work. Thats to help stop someone "recording" your transaction session and playing back at a later date.

    Im having the same problem!
    I have emailed and phoned them several times and that flaming 01 number is really a call centre in uk, so i have spent a lot of money and am not happy!:mad:

    What I have figured out is that its a technical issue, and because the amount of the item you are trying to order is over your available to spend limit, its not letting you choose the option of paying with laser like you could do previously.
    I recommend you email the customer support with the issue, I will be doing the same today and hopefully they will sort it, flipping useless bunch.
