How do I find my own treads when I log in?

I'm pretty new to boards and can't figure out how I find my own threads when I log on. Is there an easy way to just click o a list of topics/threads I've posted? So far I've only posted on 2, so have just been searching the forum they'r in and looking for my thread on the page.
