    Hi

My roommates and I are looking for a new rental property and have a house in mind only problem is the showers.

This house has 1 electric shower and 2 power showers in the en-suites.

Now i know for power showers the water has to be heated by the boiler but is this alot more expensive to heat the water rather than just using the electric shower in the main bathroom.

We've never had a power shower before so we dnt know how much the difference would be.

The heating is gas with one of those regulators for upstairs, downstairs or just the water.

Any help would be great guys.

    Thanks

    Col
