    Hi, I am just wondering if anyone knows of any muay thai, karate, kick boxing, self defence etc, classes around Longford?

    several in and around. karate in the town beside the cinema on little water street its also a martial arts centre so lots on offer, karate in Legan Ballymahon Newtown Forbes Tarmombarry any Lanesbouragh. Westside kick boxing had classes in Ballymahon aswell.
