Mazda 6 sport 2004 drivers window problem

I replaced the drivers door because of a collision with a bollard while reversing.A couple of weeks after the repair when I went to close the drivers window (electric) it closed half way and then went back down again. I took it back to the panel beater and he got it going again but said the misfunction was due to wear and tear. Since then the window has stopped working. what do I need to get to fix this?

Sounds like you need a new window motor.
