Hi just wondering has anyone any advice.site for sale in Laois subject to planning guide price is 70/80 thousand.it previously was sale agreed for 110 thousand but that was in boom n it fell through.anyone any advice on wat to offer or hold off as it has been for sale for a good while now.auctioneer not really giving much…
