John Breslin SC has one published which is very good. Think there is a new edition out.

Anglo Republic by Simon Carswell ..... some good detail on the interaction between the regulator and banks

Would you classify that publication as a Banking Law book? .... It's a good book, don't get me wrong now.

It taught me a lot about how the banking system works. In hindsight it probably does not tell much about banking law as there does not seem to be any......at least during the Celtic Tiger.

The system works a little differently now! Take the introduction of CPC2012...some quite significant changes from the previous code, mainly due to the change in the regulatory structure...
