There has been some really good monitors going up on Adverts in the past week.
if I had the money I'd buy one of them.

I have a 27" monitor at home and while it's fine for watching video if your sitting right in front of it it's not great for a room full of people.

Also remember that if you buy a monitor that's capable of receiving a TV broadcast just like a TV would your supposed to have a TV license.

You will certainly get a better quality at a better price monitor if you don't go looking for TV tuner to be included.

Have a look out for projectors too, there's a whole raft of new HD 3D projectors coming out this year that are driving down the price of the older ones. A new 720 projector can cost as little as €400 so there should be some good value 2nd hand ones out there.

    Thanks

Its not going to be the main tv have that baby downstairs. I have a PS3 and Wii and also a desktop I may use with it. However may want to use it for TV when Miss Gunner wants to look at the soaps and I want the footie..only one winner there :p

Have a TV License and although I would love to have a projector room is not big enough

    Still looking

    Cheers
