    Hi guys,

Lookin for the cheapest place to buy a new wii that plays old dreamcast games, etc..

I've heard theres two different versions.

I want to be able to play old dreamcast games on it and want to also be able to play old mario kart 64 via downloading it and buy a few controllers for it.

    Any ideas?

    Cheers

ps I'd really like it to be a new wii instead of second hand.

You'll have a hard time playing dreamcast games on it since it's Gamecube games the Wii plays. You'll have to ask in the shop whether it's a new version of the Wii that doesn't support GC games or not. As for Mario Kart 64, all versions of the Wii can download it from the online store.

If they don't know in the shop, basically check the box. If it's standing up, it's compatible, if it's lying down it's not :)
