Oil Burner not heating radiators

I have a Firebird Super Q 50/82 oil burner (12 years old), just serviced. When switched on today, the water heats up but the radiators dont. I turned the allen screw at the pump but water came out and I closed it up again. Got a fill of oil approx 3 weeks ago and it was working fine up until today.
Any suggestions? How much would a pump cost?

Is there motorized valve located anywhere in the house , either in the hotpress or near the boiler , they might look something like this on the pipework

No, as far as I can see, there is no such valve in either place. The pump is a small red oval shaped pump close to the boiler but there is no pump or valves in or near the hotpress, just pipes.
