I was looking at this place, much cheaper than other crossfit venues in Dublin.

Anyone have any first hand experience of the place?

Nearly half the price of other crossfit places I was looking at.
How did the fundamentals course go, was it tough?

No wasn't thought at all. Just went through all the basic lifts that will be used and proper form etc. only really did one wod and that was just to assess our fitness levels. Was hard enough but ok.

Cheaper than most affiliates in Dublin.

I drop into the different affiliates every few months and I find them very good. I say try a class with them and keep going as long as you are still enjoying it.

Without trying to sound like a poster boy for Ronin, I'm training there for a few months now and I have to say that I'm amazed with the results. I've trained in a number of gyms over the years and terms of results, coaching and the general atmosphere, I couldn't recommend it further. Sounds coaches with sound members and no room for egos.
