I have 20,000 euro I can invest. I was thinking of maybe the post office or TSB. Something safe. Not stocks or shares. What would give me the best net return over min. 12 months?

I would look up the www.nca.ie website click on compare financial products and put in how much money you want to invest and type off account your looking for. You will get less in an instant access account compared to a fixed term account where you leave you money on deposit for a certain period of time.
It might be better for you to leave some of this money in an instant access account in case you need some of these funds during the next 12 months.
