All of the Paleo Solution podcasts are great, especially the ones with John Welborn, Dr. William Davies and Loren Cordain. I haven't listened to one yet I didn't like.

The Reality Based Fitness ones are good - Lyle's in particular.

Crossfit Radio Episode 7 from 2005 w/ Dan John is INCREDIBLE (thanks to Will Walshe of CFI for that one).

Strength Coach podcasts are mneh - some good stuff b ut it's mostly advertising now.

It's called something else. Not crossfit radio but something something podcast. Can't remember what. Stick 2005 podcast dan John into google and you might have better luck.

It's worth a listen. I like listening to him speak because he's so common sense.

Listened to the Lyle McDonald one on Reality Based Fitness while driving today.
    Was brilliant.

    Listening to Dan John now.
I agree with Barry and Hanley, brilliant.

The fact that Dan is saying almost the same thing as Lyle is great.

"Treat your meals like a workout, put it in" - Brilliant

There are lots more dan John interviews on strength coach podcast if I remember correctly.

Might have been on the fit cast, not sure.

    Anyway look both those up.

I love Fat2FitRadio too, the guys give solid evidence-based advice and help debunk a lot of the diet fads out there.
