Another VAT Query

I am not VAT registered (as turnover is <€75k per 12mth period).

I want to supply a shop, who I will obviously NOT charge any VAT. The product will be made to order.

I assume the Shop will have to pay VAT on any sales of my product but will not be able to claim it back, therefore making it not worthwhile.

Does anyone know what is the normal procedure for this situation?
    Suggestions/ advice appreciated.

Well let's say you sell your product at €1 each. If you were VAT registered you'd sell it at €1 + 23% VAT = €1.23 each... so the cost to the shop isno different. If you were VAT registered they'd simply be paying you 23% more and claiming it back.
