I purchased a golf jacket off eBay. Very reliable seller with over 300 positive feedback.

Item was posted last Monday week in the UK. Still not arrived so now I'm worried. What should I do?

Have bought nearly 200 times on eBay over past 7 years & this is first time having a problem. 9 working days since postage so it should be here.

Have you checked on the supplier feedback to be sure the item WAS located in the UK?

    First contact the seller.

Firstly you should contact the seller and give them a chance to sort it out.

If they don't/won't help you or do anything then start a dispute in PayPal (if that is how you paid).

Was the item sent standard or registered post? If it was registered ask the seller for the tracking number and see what it shows up on Royal Mail or An Post's website.

The seller might only post on certain days, I myself only post stuff on a Wednesday so if I get paid for an item on a Thursday unfortunitly it'll be 6 days before I post it....as others have said just mail the seller and see when he posted, if his feedback is 330+ and good they're hardly going to start ripping people off....

Be patient. You could potentially ruin someones business over a simple misunderstanding.

Give it a week and see what happens.

plus it might have been marked as dispatched before it was actually dispatched
