Waiting time for hospitals

    Hi,


    I was put on the waiting list for an operation in cappagh hospital in july2011. Until i get this op done i cant get back to work and life is on hold living in pain and on benefits instead of paying taxes and earning my wages.

    I have heard some people say that if your waiting for over 3months you can apply somewhere to get it done in a private hospital. But nobody can say for sure or point me in the right direction.

    Any advice on how to go about speeding up this process would be much appricated.
