Banks & Sponsorship

While listening to the Colm Hayes show on 2fm earlier, many people were ringing in with tales of their disgusting treatment by banks regarding loan payments, etc.

And, during the ad breaks, several banks were proudly spouting about sponsoring this and that.

Should they even be sponsoring ANYTHING, given the current situation?

Should Bailed-Out Banks Be Sponsoring Anything at this time? 15 votes

    Absolutely not. No way.

This thread was brought to you by Bank of Ireland. Bank of Ireland is regulated by the Financial Services Regulator. Be aware that the value of your investment may go down as well as up, but most likely down.

You have to spend money to make money.

Unless you're a bank, in which case you just get a bailout.

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test
