    The Franciscan Well is holding a public brewing session this Friday at 5.30.

    It's a great opportunity to look at how the pros do it, and especially if you're thinking about moving up from kits or extract to all-grain brewing as the processes involved are exactly the same as at home, only on a larger scale.

    Feck sake, something like this would happen the one weekend in months that I'm out of Cork! Any idea if another/when the next one will be done?
