Hey guys I just noticed that a deal I paid for on citydeal has expired and I rang them to see if I can be be giving credit on my account but the girl said no.

Does anyone know if I should receive credit etc?

No you are not entitled to anything. If Citydeal did give you anything, it would be a gesture of good will rather than you being legally entitled to anything.

It isn't the fault of Citydeal that you didn't use the voucher before it expired.

You are at fault and have no one to blame but yourself.

Don't ask the questions if you don't want to know the answer. Cop on to yourself in future, and stop acting like a spoiled child.
