Scheduling weekly workouts?

How do you lads schedule your workouts for the week? I’ve the Friel book which is helpful but not sure how I should schedule specific work outs together. Easy versus hard etc.

For instance, one of the problems I have is when I should schedule bike and run intervals, within a day of each other or leave two days? Is there a risk or just getting used to legs feeling a bit tired.

Schedule is looking a bit like this (based on a weekend of Sunday and Mondays off), I can’t change the swim due to pool times etc:

    Mondays: swim and long bike
    Tuesdays: Run (recovery aerobic)
Wednesday: noon swim and either run/bike intervals that evening.
    Thursday would be bike/run intervals
Friday Potential to work late so don’t want to schedule a key work out.
    Saturday long run
    Sunday off.

    Thanks

I am trying to work off a plan this year as last years sessions were a bit haphazard so I am using a plan from Don Fink. But I deffo feel a lot of last year I wasnt sure where I stood as regards my top end as I would be struggling on a tempo run but I would have had a swim that morning where there was a lot of kickboard or vice versa with an evening swim TT when I had a quick run during lunch
