Pressure for shower in bathroom

    Hi,
    Hopefully someone can help.
Looking into doing up my main upstairs bathroom.
    Cold tank in attic.
Hot water tank in room beside bathroom.

Have a shower head on a rail connected to bath taps.
Now the shower quality is only ok.
Not as powerful as the electric pump shower.

If I was to source a shower set (separate controls to main bath taps) what should I be looking for? I see these sets that operate on .1 bar. What does this mean?
I don't want to have to install a pump.

    Thanks
