Handball Grading Junior A / Over 35's B

Hi everyone, I'm back with yet another question. I have never won an All-Ireland title at any grade of GAA Handball, So I'm just wondering if its possible for me to play in the Junior A singles and doubles grade and also to play in over 35's B singles and doubles grade in the same championship year. Thanks for any input.

May be better to put your query on this site. I am not fully sure but I thought you were only allowed play in one competition in a year at a time i.e Just junior.
