Hi I am looking for a gaming headset compatible with both ps3 and pc. I would prefer 5.1 or 7.1 true surround sound. Price wise I don't really wanna go over the €200 mark so the a40's are just too much for a headset. Turtle beach don't interest me much due to the horror stories iv heard about build quality and reliability. Unless this has changed please feel free to tell me different :-)

    thanks

yeah i have these i got the white ones for 150 think they are 125 now in gamestop, they are fake sound somehow haha and the 200 euro ones are real sound. but i would by the ones i have for 125/150. brilliant sound, good mic quality. you can also connect two headsets to the box, it comes with something like a router sized box with the headset, to mess with the sound settings. good piece of kit.

Yeah the grey/expensive ones are true surround sound ie 5 small speakers in each ear cup.
Have you got yours long? Would you say their sturdy, good build quality
