Changing Flight dates on Aer Lingus?

So I booked flights for three of us leaving in the summer all under the one booking with me being the head passenger. Is there a way of just me being able to extend my stay for a few days, I tried but it seems I must change all 3 people to that date?

Not online. You'll have to call them, so they can split the booking to two (you, and a booking for the other 2 people). Then they'll be able to change your dates.
