Somewhere warm for February - Egypt or Azores?

Having a look around for somewhere to go over Valentines day for a week. Really want something warm, but ill settle for 22-25 degree bracket. Ive set out Egypt and Azores as some picks as my budget is about 650-750 at most for a week away. Any ideas or thoughts? Or better suggestions for some all inclusive sun away?

Noone with any feedback or tips?? I've found lanzarote to be more in price and temp range.
